Returns and Exchanges

You may request the return or exchange of the product(s) and its accessory(ies), in the original packaging and without signs of use, within 7 (seven) days after receipt as requested in the BR Defense Code of the Consumer. Request through the marketplace where you purchased our product(s).

Exchange one or more products from your order for:

• a new product of the same value, model and color as the returned item;
• a new product of the same value, model and/or color different from the returned item and available in stock;
• a new product of a different value than the returned item, with a rebate or proportionate refund of the price if necessary, and which is available from stock.

After we receive the returned product(s), we will make a brief check before resending the order according to your choice for exchange:

• In the case of returning one or more products, we refund the amount paid on the returned item(s);
• In the case of a full return, we will refund the entire order amount.

Warranty

All our products are made in Brazil by the VIVI CAMPOS handcraft company and have a 90 (ninety) day warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse.

When activating the warranty, we will request photos of the defective product to be sent. If the product is found to be defective during the evaluation, the exchange will be carried out within a maximum time of 30 (thirty) days from the activation.

About the evaluation of defective products, we consider that:

• our products are made manually and do not have the characteristics of industrial items made in series by machines;
• even if we use a measurement standard, some products may have millimeter differences;
• color shades may present slight variations according to the batch of raw material used – but not produced – by us;
• there may be slight difference between actual colors and colors shown in online preview of products due to color calibration on device screens.

Found manufacturing defect, you can choose:

• receive a new product of the same value, model and color as the defective item returned;
• receive a new product of the same value, model and/or color different from the defective item returned and available in stock;
• receive a new product of a different value than the defective item returned, with a rebate or proportionate refund of the price if necessary, and which is available from stock;
• return the defective product and receive a refund of the amount paid on the returned item.

General Provisions

The terms of use of this site may be amended when necessary. Use of this site after the terms have been updated implies acceptance of the new conditions. If you disagree with the terms after an update, do not use this site anymore. This agreement is governed by Brazilian laws, and any disputes related to it will be resolved in the jurisdiction of the city where our company is physically located.
